Onboard Shop Manager

MSC Crociere is recruiting Onboard Shop Managers to work on its vessels.

The ideal candidate must have the following requisites:

At least three years experience as Shop Manager with other cruise companies

Used to lead and coordinate large teams of sellers (at least 15 people)

Excellent knowledge of English. Ability to communicate in other major European languages depending on the itinerary of the ship, is an advantage.

Sound interpersonal skills, particularly at crew-to-crew and passenger-crew level to ensure harmonious workplace relations.

Strong inventory skills, good knowledge of visual merchandising and loss-prevention techniques.

Committed and energetic with a sales-driven global approach and vision.

Excellent operative knowledge of principal MSC Office software (Excel, Word…)
