R.A.G. Safety & Marine is NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR MAITRE´D HOTEL.

NEEDED IMMEDIATELY

Certificates:
Training for hotel management or acknowledged restaurant master
Basic Safety training (and Crowd management) desirable.

Language Requirements:
FLUENT GERMAN (mandatory) (minimum B2 level)
GOOD ENGLISH (mandatory)

Duties:

• Perception of staff roles as well as management and control of subordinate employees
• Perception of host functions in compliance with the corporate philosophy
• Training and motivation of the restaurant staff to consistently achieve the best results in the entire area of responsibility
• Creating the service plans for the assigned restaurant staff
• Compliance with budgeted targets in his area of responsibility
• Reporting of defects and other maintenance issues to appropriate areas
• Control for maintaining of internal order on board, safety and environmental protection
