An ultra-luxury 6* cruise line is looking for an experienced Front Officer Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate must possess the capability of handling their own responsibilities and guiding those who work underneath their management, whilst offering the best service to guests.

Rotation - 4:2

Salary - $51576

The Job

• Train, support and supervise 14-15 members of staff.
• To make all prior arrangements with Port Agents before arrival on behalf of the Captain.
• To plan and oversee the embarkation and disembarkation of guests.
• To obtain all necessary clearance information for both Crew and Guests.

The Candidate

• Min. 2 years of experience in a guest facing managerial role, either in a luxury hotel or on-board a 6* cruise line.
• 1 year of experience in shipboard clearance duties.
• Must be fluent in both written and verbal English.
• IT literate.
• Excellent management and communication skills are necessary.
• Remains calm under pressure.
