Hotel Manager (m/f) for River Cruise Vessels

For the River Cruise season 2013 we are looking for Hotel Manager (m/f)

Duties:

• responsible for the entire hotel area on board
• final responsibility for guest satisfaction and the corresponding ratings
• final responsibility for team-building and team spirit on board
• final responsibility for complaint management, in cooperation with the head office and the cruise
  director
• final responsibility for the handling of all administrative tasks, incl. customs handling
• final responsibility for the compliance with safety guidelines in the hotel area
• leading the daily staff meeting, under inclusion of the captain and cruise director
• honest and open communication with the supervisors, equals, subordinates, the corporate staff as
  well as the head office

Requirements:

• several years of working experience in such a position
• ship experience
• leading skills
• open minded
• good communicator
