Hotel Manager - River Cruise

Our client is a highly reputable river cruise line, operating in Europe and Asia.

Salary: €3000 (gross) per month on-board

Seasonal contract

The Job

• Ultimately responsible for all hotel operations
• Must ensure effective communication between the Captain, on-board managers, crew and shoreside management
• Control expenditures, orders and stock deliveries
• Must attend all necessary events and deliver a high-quality level of guest service at all times
• Actively responsible for catering management when onboard

The Candidate

• This position requires a regular commute to the vessel throughout the season, therefore the ideal candidate would preferably be based in Europe
• Significant experience in this capacity, on either a river cruise ship, small seagoing cruise ship or land-based luxury hotel
• Must speak, read and write English fluently
• Knowledge of German or other languages is desirable
• Preferably from a F&B background
• Flexible and patient
