Bar Utility

Bar Utility assist bartenders throughout their shift while acting in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner at all times. They are responsible for supporting bar operations, ensuring an adequate supply of alcohol and mixers, clean glasses, ice, and garnishes in all bar venues; and maintaining the cleanliness of all bar areas, glassware, and equipment, observing proper USPH sanitation procedures in all cleaning tasks. Previous cleaning or utility experience in a four- or five-star restaurant, lounge, hotel, or cruise ship is an advantage.
