Shop Managers - South America, Mexico & Europe

Crew & Cruise is currently looking for Retail Shop Managers and Assistant Shop Managers to work onboard cruises in the Duty Free Shops. Only candidates from South America, Mexico or Europe will be considered.

 Managers lead sales teams to achieve maximum sales targets. Provides exceptional guest services and motivates retail staff to meet sales targets. They are also in charge of shop accounting, stock supplies and product displays, among other responsabilities.

Requirements:

• Must have previous Retail Shop Manager work experience, either ashore or onboard.

• Excelent command of English language. Interviews are in English.

- Medical Exam that must be approved by the hiring company.

- STCW Certification.
