iLounge Assistant

We are currently searching for ILounge Assistants. This position assists the ILounge Manager in promoting and handling the Company"s internet café (iCafé) and/or iLounge while continuously maximizing revenue and delivering a superior guest experience.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Enrolls guests for internet minutes, packages, technology courses and private lessons.
• Assist guests in the iCafé/ iLounge during the established hours. 
• Creates and assist with marketing concepts and promotions for specific cruise itinerary to maximize guest flow in the internet café/ iLounge and participation in the technology enrichment program.
• Monitors the Apple Sales Web (ASW) on a weekly basis and identifies updates to the proper teams to ensure Celebrity is in compliance with Apple’s policies and practices.
• Assists Online Manager and Macologist to monitor inventory and maintain manual sales check points to minimize inventory shrinkage.
