2nd Cook (Cold Cook) (f/m) ** National Geographic Explorer**

We are looking for a 2nd Cook (Cold Cook) (f/m) on board our passenger ships. If you are interested in COLUMBIA and believe you can contribute to our success you should at least fulfil the following job requirements:

• Extensive European cuisine experience acquired from International ships, restaurants and/or hotels;
• Good knowledge of food preparations of high standard;
• Be able to create menus;
• Good command of English language;
• Good sense for details and garnishes
• Be able to lead and direct duties of Pantrymen;
  
• Good knowledge of work hygiene and cost consciousness;
