Stage & Production Manager

Stage & Production (S&P) Managers are responsible for all entertainment and technical aspects of entertainment on board—including production plans, activities of stage crew and performers, and venue and equipment inspection. He/she acts as Stage Manager during shows; observes and evaluates employees; provides on-the-job training to staff members; and maintains necessary logs andfiles. The S&P Manager must be familiar with budget management as well as all company policies and procedures. Previous experience in a similar role, and working knowledge of technical equipment and music and dance are preferred for this position. Applicants with a degree in theater, stage management, or technical arenas, and knowledge of international theatrical production are also preferred.
