An internationally renowned cruise company are seeking Adult Animators to join their fleet. 

The successful candidate will keep in contact with guests during the cruise in order to promote the entertainment activities and involve guests in animation activities in order to socialise and help with guest interaction. They will be responsible for organising the animation activities in order to fit guests expectations and needs as well as managing guests complaints taking direct action or addressing them to the Chief Adult Animator or to the relevant department to provide a fast and effective solution. The candidate will also participate in daily meetings with Adult Animation Team in order to plan and organise the working activities.

The candidate should think strategically and have a broad and forward-thinking approach whilst focusing on financial results. They should also feel accountable for results and be proactive and ready to take decisions up to own responsibility and plan the work and monitors that results are achieved.

The language skills that are required are as follows:

• English (fluent)
• German (B2/C1)
• French (B2/C1)

A valid medical, US C1/D Visa and STCW certification will be required once appointed. Salary paid in Euros, whilst on board.
