Managing the fleet stores budget and ensuring that each store operates within the budget.
Monitoring each store's P&L reports.
Follow sales evolutions and analyze figures to prepare weekly and monthly activity reports.
Develop management teams and ensure succession planning is in place
Communicate and ensure execution of policies and procedures to field
Conduct routine ship visits, provide coaching and complete visit reports
Support planning and execution of onboard inventories and reconciliation
Create process improvements and best practices across cruise lines
Develop corporate and onboard cruise line relationships
Ensure that each Shop Manager is setting challenging goals aligned with the financial targets
Conducts ship visits and sailings
Ensuring that customer service levels are consistent across the fleet.

Good knowledge of the English language is required.
