Youth Counselors (Seasonal and Full time) American and Canadian Candidates

Just Cruis'n Recruitment is seeking qualified seasonal and full time youth counselors to work at sea. 

Seasonal Openings:  Spring Break, Easter, Summer and Christmas holidays.

Full time openings are available throughout the year and contracts are typically 5 to 6 months onboard.

Minimum hiring requirements vary based on client.

Bachelors degree may be mandatory based on cruise line.

Must have a minimum of 24 months recent experience working in a recreational environment with youth ages 2 through to 17.  Experience with large groups of youth is mandatory.
