Fleet Technical Director - Cruise

The company are well established in the cruise industry and have been going from strength to strength and are now seeing good growth with a number of vessels that are on order. Due to the growth, the company are now seeking a Fleet Technical Director to join the team

For the role you will have the following:

• Strong shore based experience in a similar position
• Sailed to Chief Engineer
• Ship Management experience desirable
• Must have either a cruise or ferry background
• Project Management is essential

The company are seeking a Director to join the team to push the growth of the business and excel the company onto the next step. You will run a team of 4/5 superintendents who will directly report to you and you will report into the CEO of the company - The company are seeking someone who has project experience as they are going through a peak time with the current vessels and the delivery of new vessels that are coming in.
