Working on one of our international ships for a period of between 5 and 10 months, you’ll benefit from visiting some of Europes most beautiful destinations. What’s more, you’ll receive a competitive salary and package.

Your tasks:

• First point of contact for all international guests
• Producing the daily programmes in both English and German
• Providing information to guests about their trip in English and German, and also translating the welcome and farewell speeches to international guests
• Onboard announcements (safety information, ship departure times, and route information) in English and German
• Carrying out presentations of offered excursions and ship safety information for international guests
• Accompanying guests on excursions and translating information if necessary
• Professional high-quality animation and supervision of all games (sundeck games, lounge games, quizzes, etc.)
• Moderation and co-creation of the day and evening program
• Support in the on-board shop
• Collaboration at the reception desk

Your profile:

• Fluent in English and German, with excellent presentation skills
• Charasmatic and team orientated with a positive attitude
• Outstanding communication skills both verbally and in written form
• Experienced in dealing with people of all ages
• Self-confident and sympathetic
• Patient, sociable and a well organised
• Independent worker
• Presentable, with an ability to provide unparralled customer service during every cruise
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes, including Word, Powerpoint and Excel
