As a Demi Chef de Partie Baker with Princess Cruises, you will assist the Chef De Partie Baker on your assigned vessel in producing and delivering the best possible bakery product at sea.
You will have the opportunity to travel the world while supporting different outlets onboard your assigned vessel. Each of them has a dynamic menu cycle that is specially crafted according to ship's itinerary.

Qualifications:

• Applicants will be required to demonstrate a high level of previous experience in Bakery in a high production culinary environment.
• Possess a formal qualification in bakery arts from a recognised culinary training institution (Preferred).
• Good level of English language, both verbal and written.
• Possess the ability to work along a diverse culinary team.
• Complete knowledge of internationl bakery products.
• Must have a solid understanding of USPH regulation and principles.
