Executive Chef – 5* Cruise Line

Paid in US Dollars
Contract: 4 months on (7 days a week) and 2 months off

Candidate requirements:
Previous 5* Cruise Ship experience as an Executive Chef required or large 5* Resort / Hotel experience . Good attention to detail required. Experience in International cuisine and fine dining / multi outlets.
Previous Cruise Ship experience as an Executive Chef is preferred.
Excellent Management skills.
High volume operation.
