Key areas of responsibility:

  • Set up and maintain the dishroom, pot washing area, and kitchen equipment
  • Wash the dishes (including pre-rinsing, pre-soaking, rinsing, washing, and sanitizing dinnerware, glassware, and cookware)
  • Clean and sanitize the galleys, sinks, and other areas, while following sanitation protocol and adhering to cleaning schedules
  • Take out the trash regularly
  • Maintain cleanliness of trash disposal areas, storage facilities, and other assigned areas

Requirements:

  • Education: Professional education as Utility
  • Minimum 1 year Work Experience
  • Hygiene course

Certifications:

  • Basic English
  • OGUK-medical certificate with OGUK accreditation, valid for 2 years
  • Offshore Survival: Offshore Survival – Opito (BOSIET/FOET)
  • Emergency Response: Offshore First Aid Basic
  • Food hygiene certificate
  • ISPS: STCW A-VI/6-1 Ship Security Awareness
