Harding is a shipboard luxury retailer working with cruise line partners to create the ultimate retail experience for guests on board.  Through listening, innovating, and evolving, we stay at the cutting edge of retailing; consistently providing outstanding customer service and being recognised as Cruise Retailer of the Year for 2019. 

With a full schedule of ship re-sailing dates released for 2021 and into 2022, we are looking to recruit motivated and ambitious Fine Jewellery Specialists and Premium Watch Specialists to join the successful teams at sea.  So, the big question is… are you tired of life on the high street, or have you worked at sea before and want to return?

Selling premium and luxury brands, you will be the expert interacting with cruise line retail customers, providing memorable experiences every day.  You will take part in events such as product seminars, constantly interacting with retail customers on board.

Successful candidates will have proven experience selling premium watches or fine jewellery / loose gemstones, with exceptional customer service skills.  You will have an ability to work in a fast-paced and sales target driven environment.  As a team player, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.  Candidates must be aged 21 or over to apply.

Please note, if successful in the recruitment process, you will be required to obtain the necessary seafaring documents and undergo a medical assessment to work at sea (varies by cruise line and is managed by third parties).
