Marina Specialist

We are looking for a Marina Specialist !

The Marina Specialist is a part of the Deck Team and is the vessel’s marina, small boat and water recreation specialist.

Candidates will be are responsible for the daily operation and administration of Water Sports, Marina Operations and associated recreational activities on the vessels and ashore, including on beach areas. Conducts cleaning, maintenance and support activities associated with Water Sports areas, related equipment and other areas as required.

Candidates will also be responsible for the cleaning, checks, inspections of all marine craft, including tender boats, rescue boats, inflatable boats, RHIBs, kayaks, etc.

Experience as tender boat coxswain is required

Requirements for this role:

• Previous experience in a similar role onboard / ashore for 2-3 years minimum.
• Confident with a range of Watersports and strong swimming skills.
• High attention to detail , strong safety principles as well as great customer service skills all required.

Certification:

• 4 part STCW, PSCRB, Seafarers Medical , CPR required
• PB level 2 , Lifeguard Certification, Medical Care and any Deck Rating (II/5 or II/4) desired
