Commis De Cuisine - EU Passport Required
Job responsibilities:
- Timely planning, preparation and service of all breakfast cookery
- for the Day Lounge buffet, as well as required for dining room
- menu service
- Preparing meal and fish ingredients, which includes seasoning of
- different meats and fish as well as washing, peeling and chopping
- vegetables and fruits
- Preparation of salads and salad dressing
- Discarding all expired and spoiled food items stored in the stock
- rooms, refrigerators and freezers
- Checking and controlling the temperatures of the refrigerators and freezers
Reguired Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma, Diploma in
- Culinary Arts will be considered as
- an advantage
- 2 – 3 years of proven experience in
- the same position within the hotel or
- shipping industry
- Knowledge of Food Health and
- Safety regulations
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work alone and as a part of a team
