Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• 1+ Years of retail and/or customer service experience
• Motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
• Adaptable to change and able to work in a high-pressure environment
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Proficient English-language speaking, reading, and writing skills

Responsibilities:

• Developing detailed and extensive knowledge of all luxury products as well as the brand culture
• A strong team player who is goal orientated
• Generating high-revenue sales and building successful guest relationships within a luxury environment.
• Achieving monthly sales targets
• Completing operational and loss prevention procedures on a daily basis to ensure proper inventory management.
