F&B Staff

We have a variety of service roles within two formal VVIP private properties in the Middle East. Roles include: Runner, Junior Butler, Butler and Butler Team Leader. These are land based positions ideal for someone with previous 5* service experience either on cruises, restaurants, hotels. You would be working within a large international team from a range of hospitality backgrounds so it offers everything a cruise would (and more). 

Responsibilities

• To cooperate with all the departments in order to fulfil all guests’ requirements from their arrival to departure.
• To ensure all the facilities in the rooms are operational and all standards maintained.
• To assure the highest standards of service is effectively provided.
• To be responsible for all mise-en-place in the service area before and during service.
• Provide a personalised service to guests.
• Have knowledge of all amenities for guests
• Anticipate guests’ needs by learning their preferences, allergies, dislikes, etc.
• Have a thorough understanding of all specialty foods in stock.

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 3 years experience within service
• Have a flexible attitude and isn't afraid of hard work
• Willing to travel
• Highly professional
• Experience with VVIP clients is advantageous

Package 

• Salary: $24,000 - $60,000 per year (Net)
