It would be easy to follow the trends and go with the crowds. But we never will.

Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines is a family run company, well known for our quality cruises and the ‘personal’ touch we offer our guests.

The Fleet Inventory Manager provides guidance and support to the on board and shore side teams in regards to inventory management across the FOCL fleet. Responsibilities include:

• Management of all onboard inventories within the hotel operation, through the effective and accurate management of the MMS system;
• Training of departmental crew;
• Ensuring FOCL standards and procedures of inventory control are in place and maintained across the fleet, including but not limited to: receiving, storing, issuing, USPH standards, IPM, FIFO, wastage, reporting, etc;
• Inventory spot checks in conjunction with accounts department, analysis of high consumption with a view to better stock management and cost-savings.

Candidates must have relevant industry experience in a similar position.

In return, you will receive a competitive salary and a 2:1 work rotation of two months on board followed by one month of leave.
