This vacancy is in the Watches category, therefore it could potentially suit someone working in a watches retail role that is looking for an opportunity to move into a Mon-Fri role. The Buying Assistant role will join our team based in Avonmouth (Bristol). You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary plus company benefits. We also run a hybrid working scheme (3 days in the office, 2 days at home).

What you will be doing:

The Buying Assistant will support the category Buying team in range selection, assortment planning, supplier meetings and through the maintenance of all systems data for the category. You will represent the category and the company by maintaining positive relationships with suppliers, external contacts and internal colleagues alike.

About you:

  • Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail
  • High standard of IT skills that includes Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint
  • Structured planning, organisation and time management skills
  • A team player who relishes the opportunity of working within an entrepreneurial environment and delivering results against challenging targets
  • Must have an existing right of eligibility to work in the UK
