Data Administrator - Profit Protection

About the role: 

The accurate flow of data between the ships and our land-based systems is an essential and critical part of our business.  The permanent link that land based retailers enjoy is not available to cruise line retail, and every cruise line uses their own EPOS system which raises additional challenges.  The Data Administrator within Profit Protection will investigate and resolve any issues relating to poor/incomplete data, not only investigating the root cause of the issue but also engaging with multiple stakeholders across the business to eradicate the issue through technical design or new operational procedures.  Harding will be adopting an updated ERP system imminently (July) and the successful applicant will help to shape data handling in the future.

What you’ll be doing: 

• Monitor and manage the sales data flow from the ships to the in-house ERP system
• Monitor and manage the ship delivery data flow from the ships to the in-house ERP system
• Help train and develop shipboard and landside team members to improve compliance to process
• Help to reduce stock loss throughout all areas of the business
• Support the wider Profit Protection team with data analysis/stock movement investigations
• Help develop and shape the design of the next stage of development to the new ERP system

About you: 

• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Process driven
