Your responsibility will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Responsible for all immigration, customs and visa matters, embarkation and disembarkation process, ship certificates and other documentation relating to Port Clearances
  • Maintain and monitor the guest and crew manifest to ensure accuracy, ensuring all mid-cruise changes are updated
  • Act as main liaison between the vessel and local port agents
  • Responsible for coordinating embarkation/debarkation process with ship and port staff
  • Ensure vessel compliance with all visa requirements for guest and crew
  • Prepare and provide accurate manifests to port staff
  • Responsible for preparing required paperwork for any items to be offloaded
  • Ensure all crew seaman’sbooks are completed accurately
  • Provide a positive working environment be ensuring all colleagues are treated fairly and equally
  • Anyother duties as reasonably requested by Hotel Director or Crew Coordinator

 

Work Experience Requirements

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements

Good knowledge of the English language is required.
