  1. Consistently exceeds the ship’s specific NPS target and other key performance indicators, by developing forward strategies and driving a guest-centric experience culture. Reduces friction points and avoids negative surprises.
  2. Ensures utilization of Princess Medallion Class products, services and applications to drive engagement.
  3. Drives the Service Excellence philosophy and platform by continually reviewing guest and teammate's comments and feedback to ensure satisfaction.
  4. Reviews guest feedback including the Service Excellence platform, comment cards, letters and onboard evaluation surveys, monitoring trends, pinpointing root-cause and addressing corrective and preventative action accordingly.
  5. Takes full ownership of any negative service interactions andensures a timely, effective and personalized service recovery takes place, documenting and escalating accordingly.
  6. Assists Onboard Revenue teams as needed to uphold an exceptional guest experience throughout the guest journey
