An Assistant Retail Manager is required to join a retail operator onboard cruise lines.

Applicant must have previous experience managing the daily operation of retail departments by achieving and exceeding revenue and customer service targets on board. Previous experience working onboard cruise ships is desired.

The successful candidate must be able to:

  • Positively motivate sales team to achieve and exceed sales and customer service targets 

  • Conduct training and coaching sessions with the sales team 

  • Communicate professionally and knowledgably with all Central Office staff 

  • Lead sales team in achieving and exceeding sales and service targets 

  • Assist in implementing all sales and promotional events 

  • Ensure sales team has a high level of product knowledge 

  • Effectively manage guest complaints and comments 

  • Deliver outstanding customer service at all times in line with company expectations.

    Contract length of 6 months. Shared cabin. Salary is paid in US Dollars.

 

Work Experience Requirements

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Cruise Ship, in a 4/5* Hotel or in an Upscale Restaurant.

Language Requirements

Good knowledge of the English language is required.
