Companies provide:

• Basic Guaranteed NET salary starting from €1440 p/m
• Guaranteed Tip: from €500 to €1000 p/m
• Additional Personal tip: Yes
• Rotation: 9 weeks on/ 3 weeks off paid leave or 4 weeks on/ 2 weeks off paid leave on French rivers
• Bonus: €200 after returning to the board after each rotation
• End of contract Bonus: as you are entitled to get 11.08 off-days per month according to your contract, you will have a positive holiday balance when you finish your assignment. All those unused vacation or off-days the company will pay for you in one sum. Calculation example: by the end of November you might have about 40 days in plus, for each day they pay 60 € net >> 2400 €.
