The Global Leadership Development Program is an accelerated rotational program for recent MBA graduates to deliver excellent guest experiences, drive revenue and profits, and grow our brands. For a period of 18-24 months the incumbent will be challenged with intensive hands-on opportunities with multiple brands in the areas Hotel Operations, Global Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management, and Finance, and other key operational areas.  Upon successful completion, incumbents are placed in key director level roles leading our regional strategic plans in the US or China.

Requirements:

• Masters degree required; concentration in Finance, Marketing or Hospitality
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in China in a large multinational corporation
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead others
