Looking for Enrichment Hosts for River Cruise 

 You’ll have responsibility for delivering a variety of activities both onboard and ashore. You will put customers at the heart of our business and constantly go the extra mile by creating unforgettable holiday experiences. Meeting our guests’ expectations to provide the highest level of guest experience and satisfaction is key to the success of this role.

• You will host activities and act as a brand ambassador onboard – delivering the guest experience, supporting customer flow and programme delivery to contribute to Net Promoter Score targets
• You will handle guest queries and support the Cruise Director.
• In the case of any incidents, you will support the Cruise Director
• Responsible for ensuring that you contribute to weekly reports and all necessary updates in a timely manner
• Deliver entertainment and activities to the agreed brand standard
• Present onboard events from sports activities to quizzes and themed events
• Deliver fitness and wellbeing activities
• Support the delivery, presentation and coordination of the guest entertainers, speakers and artists booked for each cruise
• The PRing of guests forms an important part of your role to ensure they feel welcome and comfortable onboard.
• Ensure all the relevant equipment is maintained for the onboard activities Shore Excursions, Transfers and Airport:
• Support the delivery of the agreed excursions programme and all associated equipment
• Be present on a selection of shore excursions to ensure we meet our brochure and guest expectations
• Be able to present Port Talks to inspire and inform our guests before each destination
• Promote the excursion programme to drive revenue through a sales and service approach.
• Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction through regular quality audits of excursions, and monitoring and acting upon customer feedback
• Support a smooth and efficient embarkation and disembarkation process, ensuring the guests receive a professional welcome and goodbye.
• Attend the airport on embark/disembark day to ensure all our guests receive a seamless high quality service end to end.
• Present transfer/see off speeches to arriving/departing customers to ensure they receive the appropriate information.
