Description:
Responsible for delivering an exceptional beverage and dining service for our travelers in accordance with Grand Circle
Cruise Line (GCCL) standards, while contributing to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:
Providing professional food and beverage service in dining room and lounge area
Responsible for the “mise en place” and hygiene of dining room and related areas
Responsible for assigned station of approximately 45 guests
Relieving Restaurant Manager during his/her absence
Any other duties advised by Restaurant Manager/Hotel Manager

Skills/Qualifications:
Hotel school diploma or basic education equivalent is preferred
Minimum two years of experience in the field of desired position, preferably on passanger ship or in a 4 or 5 star restaurant and/or hotel
Cruise ship experience is a plus
Proven leadership abilities and excellent communication skills
Highly guest orientated
Teamleading skills
Strong organizational and computer skills
Fluency in English

Work Experience Requirements

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Cruise Ship and in a 4/5* Hotel or Upscale Restaurant.

Language Requirements

Good knowledge of the English language is required.
