Retail Manager Harding Retail

Management
• Positively motivate sales team to achieve and exceed sales and customer service targets
• Provide training and coaching to all levels of sales team
• Oversee and ensure all performance related documentation and its delivery on a timely basis
• Effectively manage workload, prioritize and delegate accordingly

Sales and Service
• Lead sales team in achieving and exceeding sales and service targets
• Successfully implement all sales and promotional events
• Ensure sales team has a high level of product knowledge
• Responsible for training and developing staff in line with Cruise Line and Harding procedures
• Create and implement advertising, marketing and promotional activities
• Build effective relations with on board departments to aid business development
• Effectively manage guest complaints and comments
• Meets and exceeds KPI goals

Merchandise and Deliveries
• Prepare and submit relevant paperwork / reports / counts / orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Ensure retail departments and storerooms are maintained to Harding visual merchandising and housekeeping standards
• Plan and oversee the delivery process of retail merchandise in line with Harding delivery procedures
• Manage and report delivery shortages and damaged merchandise
• Ensure merchandise is correctly priced and SKU’d
• Plan, implement and manage scheduled cycle counts and stock takes
• Maintain storerooms according Harding and Cruise Line standards
• Co-ordinate Trunk Show events

POS and Loss Prevention
• Full knowledge and able to train on the POS system
• Adhere to and train sales team on company LP policy
• Accurately track, report and maintain shrinkage levels within company guidelines and targets

Safety
• Ensure team punctually attends safety training and drills
• Ensure team are fully informed of all health, safety, environmental and company policies
