We are recruiting for an extremely sought-after position as Second Engineer of MV St Helena, for her exciting role supporting the Extreme E racing series. As such positions arise extremely rarely, finding the strongest candidate to take on this role is of upmost importance.

The position offers an industry leading salary with full rotation and the chance to work in and exciting, fast paced environment.
The chosen candidate will:

Have a strong background in commercial shipping with experience on engine room, passenger and cargo vessels. As the ship’s itinerary includes many remote locations worldwide, the preferred candidate must demonstrate experience in line with this.

Be prepared to deal with and meet the demands of both the management company and the directors of the race series whilst running and maintaining the vessel to the highest possible standards.

Joining will be immediate in Panama on 25/10/2023

Contract - 3 months on / 3 months off rotation - Permanent Contract

Salary €6,000 per month X 12 months
