Your responsibilities

• Giving advice on standardised treatments and massages, selling and administering these to guests (crew by arrangement)
• Selling and advising guests on cosmetic products; arranging appointments
• Selling and presenting all SPA services in public areas
• Presenting SPA services to guests on the first day of the cruise
• Cross-selling in the SPA area
• Knowledge of various daily activities on board
• Monitoring sauna temperatures and performing infusions at regular intervals in agreement with biking & massage staff
• Safety and hygiene inspections of entire SPA-ROSA
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in SPA-ROSA, performing daily/weekly cleaning/general cleaning
• Taking a monthly inventory of SPA sales, treatments and sporting goods
• Assisting biking & massage staff in the gym area
• Daily RCC control and evaluation
• Independent development of SPA promotions to increase sales; organising and realising these promotions on board
• Analysing sales figures in cooperation with the Hotel Manager

Your profile

• Successful completion of vocational training as a cosmetician, incl. basics of massage, enabling you to give professional cosmetic treatments, massages and body treatments
• Additional training (e.g. specialised body treatments, hot stone massage) desirable
• Professional experience as a cosmetician in the hotel industry or a comparable position desirable
• Excellent knowledge of German and English enabling you to approach guests, offer fluent advice and give guest presentations
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and a basic understanding of analysing sales figures
• Resilience, flexibility, team spirit, sense of responsibility
