As a Fragrance & Beauty Experience Specialist, you will represent world-renowned fragrance, skincare, and cosmetic houses onboard luxury cruise ships, creating memorable guest moments that inspire confidence, emotional connection, and purchase.

The Role

• Deliver personalised fragrance, skincare, and beauty consultations
• Represent prestigious global beauty and cosmetic brands with confidence
• Bring brand heritage, product knowledge, and storytelling to life
• Drive sales performance while maintaining elevated guest service standards
• Support boutique presentation, merchandising, and promotional activities

You Bring

• Experience in beauty retail, fragrance counters, skincare, or luxury sales
• Genuine passion for fragrance, skincare innovation, and premium brand environments
• Confidence engaging international guests and achieving sales targets
• A polished, service-driven approach with strong emotional intelligence
• Flexibility to live and work onboard during contract assignments
