This is a specialist, relationship-led luxury role for watch professionals who combine horology expertise with refined guest service and strong commercial instinct.

As a Luxury Watch Specialist, you will represent prestigious Swiss and global watch maisons onboard luxury cruise ships, guiding guests through meaningful purchasing journeys while delivering exceptional boutique performance.

The Role

• Showcase Swiss and international luxury timepieces with authority and confidence
• Engage guests through expert storytelling, craftsmanship knowledge, and brand heritage
• Drive sales through personalised consultations and relationship-led service
• Support boutique visual standards, merchandising initiatives, and retail team performance
• Build lasting guest connections that enhance brand loyalty and future engagement

You Bring

• Experience in luxury watches, fine jewellery, or high-end consultative retail
• Strong product knowledge with a genuine passion for horology and brand storytelling
• Confidence engaging international, high-value clientele in premium environments
• A polished, guest-first mindset with strong emotional intelligence
• Flexibility to live and work onboard during fixed-term or rotational contract assignments
