This is an accelerated leadership pathway designed for high-performing Assistant Managers and Retail Managers who are ready to step into greater responsibility within a luxury, international cruise retail environment.

As a Fast-Track Luxury Retail Manager, you will take ownership of premium retail operations onboard world-class cruise ships, supported by structured leadership development, performance exposure, and clearly defined progression opportunities.

The Role

• Lead daily luxury retail operations and drive commercial performance across boutique categories
• Inspire, coach, and develop high-performing multicultural teams
• Deliver exceptional guest experience standards aligned with premium brand expectations
• Implement innovative, data-informed sales strategies to exceed targets and maximise revenue
• Uphold luxury visual merchandising, compliance, and operational excellence across all retail spaces

You Bring

• Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or Retail Manager within premium or luxury environments
• Strong capability across operations, sales leadership, team development, and performance management
• A commercially focused mindset balanced with a guest-first leadership approach
• Confidence leading within fast-paced, multicultural, international settings
• Flexibility to live and work onboard during fixed-term or rotational contract assignments
