As an Accelerated Retail Leadership Associate, you’ll work alongside senior Retail Managers onboard world-class cruise ships — building leadership capability, driving performance, and delivering exceptional guest experiences across premium brands.

The Role

• Partner with the Retail Manager to support daily operations
• Coach, motivate, and develop a diverse luxury retail team
• Drive sales performance and five-star guest service standards
• Maintain brand, visual, and operational excellence
• Create memorable, service-led retail experiences at sea

You Bring

• Assistant Manager or strong Supervisor experience in retail
• Exposure to luxury brands and visual merchandising standards
• Natural leadership presence and strong communication skills
• Proactive, adaptable, performance-driven mindset
• Flexibility to live and work onboard for contract assignments
