Onboard Future Cruise Specialist for a Premium Cruise Line

The position of a Future Cruise Specialist is responsible for selling Future Cruise Products and assisting in managing the Brand Loyalty Program and related shoreside products and services to guests onboard.

A strong onboard sales background in a similar role, fluency in European languages, and a strong reputation within the travel industry are essential for this position.

You will also be required to assist the Future Cruise Consultant in additional onboard duties related to the position, have a willingness to help guests, and have strong computer literacy, ideally with Polar Reservation System experience together with; Siebel, Back Office, Shipstar, and Ocean Hospitality. Excel is a must.
