The Cruise Retail Academy is hiring dynamic Port Shopping Experts to guide guests through exclusive shopping experiences in the world’s most beautiful destinations.

Do you love luxury jewelry, thrive on stage, and enjoy creating unforgettable moments? Then this role is your ticket to travel and shine on a global stage.

What You’ll Do Onboard

• Host Presentations – Deliver engaging shopping talks and presentations to large guest groups.
• Showcase Luxury – Highlight the best fine jewelry, watches, and exclusive collections available in port.
• Plan Guest Events – Organize VIP shopping experiences, trunk shows, and curated excursions.
• Build Guest Excitement – Share insider tips and hidden gems at each destination.
• Be the Shopping Guide – Accompany guests ashore and help them make the most of their time and budget.

What You’ll Need

• Experience in retail, sales, events, or public speaking (jewelry experience a strong advantage)
• Knowledge or interest in luxury products: diamonds, gemstones, and fine brands
• Confidence with microphone presentations and large audiences
• Energetic, outgoing personality with a love of travel and culture
• Ability to live and work onboard a cruise ship for 6-month rotations
