EFFY is the leading fine jewellery cruise retailer with over 120 boutiques on 8 cruise lines globally. We are seeking charismatic individuals for exciting shipboard roles including *** Sales Associates, Brand Ambassadors, Port Shopping Experts for EFFY Jewellery and Retail.

Be part of a motivated and inspiring team focused on growth, development, and career success. As this is a shipboard position, it requires living and working on a luxury cruise ship for a minimum of 6 months. You'll travel to stunning global destinations while earning a competitive salary.

Ideal candidates are professional, engaging, and goal-oriented, with strong communication and presentation skills. Strong sales skills and good connectors with guests essential. We welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds such as actors, performers, tour guides, hospitality professionals, real estate agents, and more.

**Must be 21 years or older to apply and possess the below experience.

• Fluency in multiple languages is a bonus, with a strong command of English is essential

BASIC SALARY $1000 + Commission (the % increases as targets are met, with uncapped earning potential starting from $1)

All costs for personal documents (visas, police clearance, medicals, STCW) are at the candidate's expense. The company will cover travel expenses, including flights to and from the vessel, at the start and end of the contract.

Contracts are 6 months long, and crew members will have shared living quarters with essential comforts incl. a bathroom. No fees are charged onboard for living expenses, food, laundry, etc. Internet is available at a cost.
