The Role:  We seek a talented and experienced Future Cruise Sales Manager

Description Brief:

The Future Cruise Sales Manager is responsible for increasing company revenue through onboard future cruise sales while delivering a premium luxury guest experience. The role combines consultative sales, guest engagement, and onboard hosting, acting as a key ambassador for Scenic Cruises/Emerald Cruises and the Scenic/Emerald Loyalty Program.
The FCSM regularly interacts with guests through presentations, social events, and entertainment-led activities, supports the guest journey from embarkation to disembarkation, and completes all end-of-cruise revenue and performance reporting

Minimum Requirements:  

• Proven sales experience, ideally within cruise, luxury hospitality, or travel.
• High standard of entertainment knowledge, presentation skills, and guest engagement ability.
• Host and participate in guest-facing entertainment activities, including welcome presentations, information sessions, cocktail events, dinners, and themed evenings.
• STCW 4 Basic Training certification.
• Valid Seaman’s Book.
• Seafarer Medical Certificate.
