Charter the course toward success with us:

AIDA Cruises is one of the leading companies on the German cruise market. By 2016, the AIDA fleet – one of the world’s most modern cruise fleets – will expand to 12 ships, meaning more career opportunities for qualified employees and managers on land and at sea.
AIDA Cruises opened a simulation center in Rostock, Germany, in cooperation with the Center for Simulator Maritime Training (CSMART Almere) in September 2012. The simulation center is specifically geared toward quality requirements for education and advanced training and therefore toward cruise safety.
We are looking to fill the following position at the AIDA Academy in Rostock as soon as possible.

  • Creation and adaptation of training content and simulator exercises within the framework of demand-driven navigation simulation exercises
  • Responsibility for creating and updating applicable training materials

Your previous course:

  • A valid Master Mariner license and proven time at sea in senior officer positions on cruise ships
  • A train-the-trainer qualification as well as methodological and didactic foundations
