Job Overview

MSC Cruises is looking for enthusiastic and creative Youth Staff to join our dynamic Kids Club team onboard. You will be responsible for organizing and leading fun, safe, and engaging activities for children and teenagers from all over the world, helping to create unforgettable cruise memories for our youngest guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and entertain children in age-appropriate groups (e.g., Mini Club, Juniors Club, Young Club, Teens Club)
• Organize and lead indoor/outdoor games, themed parties, tournaments, shows, and educational workshops
• Ensure safety and well-being of all minors under your supervision
• Communicate effectively with children and parents in English and German (A2 or higher)
• Assist with daily set-up and clean-up of Kids Club areas
• Participate in embarkation and disembarkation day duties
• Collaborate with other Entertainment team members and report to the Youth Leader

Requirements

• Degree or experience in Childcare, Education, Sports, Arts, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children in a school, camp, hotel, or similar setting
• Fluent English and German (minimum A2 level) – other languages are a plus
• Energetic, friendly, and patient personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• First aid certification or willingness to complete training
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and holidays
