Key Responsibilities:
* Managing Casino Operations: Overseeing all casino activities, including table games, slot machines, and the cashier's desk.
* Staff Management: Recruiting, training, developing, and managing casino staff.
* Financial Management: Analyzing casino performance, developing strategies to maximize revenue, and managing expenses.
* Customer Service: Creating a positive and engaging gaming environment for guests.
* Marketing and Promotions: Assisting with casino marketing strategies to attract and retain VIP players.
* Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all gaming regulations and internal controls.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Previous casino management experience.
* Strong customer service, communication, and financial skills.
* Knowledge of casino operations, including table games, slots, and cashiering.
* Ability to manage and motivate a team.
* Familiarity with gaming regulations and internal controls.
Work Experience Requirements
All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Cruise Ship.
Language Requirements
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
