Your Journey So Far

Proven experience in the same role or a similar position on board a cruise ship. 

In-depth knowledge of international immigration procedures, visa regulations, and clearance protocols. 

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple documentation processes efficiently. 

Proficiency in using shipboard immigration systems and administrative tools. 

Ability to collaborate effectively with immigration officials, guests, and internal departments. 

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in handling immigration-related matters. 

Your Essentials

Fluency in English (oral and written); additional language skills are an advantage. 

Relevant qualifications in hospitality, maritime administration, or a related field. 

Strong understanding of international travel regulations and maritime immigration policies. 

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders. 

Ability to remain composed under pressure and handle sensitive information with discretion. 

Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced shipboard environment with varying schedules.
