Your chartered goal

• Responsible for navigating and maneuvering the ship and operating the technical equipment
• Liable for ensuring the ship’s safety and for protecting the environment
• Monitoring compliance with company-wide regulations and quality control systems
• In charge of the professional growth of Junior /Cadet Officers involving and supervising their duties on and off the watchkeeping

Your previous ports of call

• Diploma of an accredited maritime training school with sound sea service time, ideally on cruise vessels
• Possession of all necessary certificates in accordance with STCW (STCW II / 2)
• IGF Basic COP is a plus, not a must
• Excellent knowledge of all national and international safety and environmental regulations
• Very good English and German skills as well as proficient computer skills including MS Office 365
• Ability to communicate effectively, service orientation and business management know-how
