Junior Assistant F&b Manager (Beverage)

I am looking for a Junior Assistant F&B Manager for a leading cruise line.

Main Tasks will consist of:

Stock and Inventory Control
Guest enquiries and refunds
Floor Supervision

Background / Skills required:

Strong beverage / bar background on board cruise ships
Supervisory Experience
Strong Computer Skills

Salary: Approx $3000 per month DOE

Rotation: 6 months on 2 months off
